The 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas are all equipped with a flat screen satellite/cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a full size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. The rooms all have their own private bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer and feature a direct dial telephone, a radio, HiFi equipment and Internet access. All the rooms have either double or king-size beds and have a safe and an individually regulated air conditioning unit. The rooms feature a seating area, a private balcony and terrace and private golf car for use in the Emerald Bay area.

The hotel offers a full-size fitness centre and infinite outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a Jacuzzi, a solarium, massage treatments and a hot tub. Guests can play volleyball and Boccia and for an additional fee they can pursue activities such as mountain biking, tennis, golf, canoeing, catamaran boating, sailing, diving and motor boating. The hotel provides complimentary equipment for non-motorised water sports. There is also an activity programme for children for an additional cost.

Georgetown is located 30 minutes away by car and guests can get to Nassau by making a 2-hour journey on public transport.
