The hotel is located just 10 min by the Tramwy T3 from the park of exhibition "Porte de Versailles". It is only one block away from the Parc Montsouris and the Cité Universitaire and less than 2 km from the catacombs of Montparnasse Cemetery. It is situated in a colourful and animated quarter of Paris but is also close to the 40 acres of the Montsouris Park and to the majestic trees of the Cité International Universitaire, an international student´s residence near the Porte d¹Orléans.
