It has a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. The resort also has 6 food and beverage outlets. Conference facilities also feature. Internet access is available for a fee, as are room and laundry services. For younger guests there is as a kids club with activities for children 4 to 8 years and 9 to 13 years (fees apply) and a playground.

The en suite rooms are spacious and fully furnished with modern amenities. Breathtaking views are to be had from each room, with either a balcony or terrace coming as standard. The 128 Superior rooms offer garden views, while the 86 Deluxe rooms offer ocean or pool views. They are furnished with modern amenities such as a telephone with local and IDD service, Internet access, individually-adjustable air conditioning, colour TV with cable channels, electronic safe, mini-refrigerator and complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. Double or king-size beds come as standard.

Recreation facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (with children´s pool, sun loungers and parasols), a Jacuzzi, a jogging track, a fully equipped gymnasium, a spa and an entertainment game centre. A variety of massage and spa treatments are offered (subject to fees). Further activities on offer include water aerobics, water sports (banana boating and diving, both of which are subject to fees) beach games (including beach volleyball), archery (subject to fees), air rifling, paintball, jungle trekking, table tennis and pool/snooker (subject to fees) to name a few. Dining choices range from Indonesian delights and international cuisine to seafood dinners above the sea. The Coffee Shop is an all-day dining restaurant serving buffet breakfast, as well as buffet and à la carte meals for lunch and dinner. The food there can be described as variations on local and western cuisines. Dino Bistro - an alfresco-style dining concept - serves east-west fusion food. Jeju Restaurant - an indoor restaurant - serves authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine. The Poolside Restaurant and Bar is an open-air restaurant with a hawker-style concept offering an à la carte menu with local food which varies from Indonesian to Singaporean favourites.
