The apartments were refurbished and upgraded in 2006 and now consist of studio and 1 bedroom apartments Guests arriving by car can park on the street operated as pay and display. There is no allocated parking for the apartments. Complimentary WIFI internet is available in all aparments and guests can also benefit from a number of extra services provided including baby sitting, access to a city gym and restaurant, theatre reservations.

The apartments are located in the North East of Edinburgh´s New Town, 15 minutes walk from Princes Street, and just 10 minutes from the Royal Botanic Garden and the Water of Leith. close to reliable and frequent bus routes into the city centre and to the vibrant area of Leith. Guests can take advantage of some fantastic bars and restaurants on nearby Broughton Street and the surrounding area. Alternatively there is a large supermarket just around the corner.
