The Demero apts has 24 one bedroom apts. Each apt is aprox. 50sq. meters and are very well equipped with double glazed windows and has the following facilities : Fully equipped kitchen with two cooking rings electric oven (GBP 5.00 p.w), fridge and kettle, Living room with a sofa divan, arm chair, 2 coffee tables and T.V stand, Balcony with four plastic chairs and a round table. The Bathroom has a wash basin , bath and a shower. The Bedroom has two single beds, two single bed site tables, big ward rob and a dressing table. Others: safety box( GBP 4.60cy.p extra per week) direct dial telephone, wake up system , T.v ( GBP 1.00 extra p.d) and central heating operated between the months of December - March.

Another advantage is that the Olympic size Swimming pool of Limassol town is just opposite of the hotel. This facility is accessible to our guests, however, there is a small charge incurred. A mini football court is available within 5 minutes by car, A daily bus service is available every 15 minutes to and from the city centre of Limassol and in the area are water sports, volley and basket courts, cycling paths and walking paths.

The Demero Apartments is a family run hotel, situated in the heart of the tourist area of Limassol town and just opposite (within 2 minutes walking distance) is the Dassoudi ( forest) beach area, which was awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness in 1998. Within easy walking distance, approximately 50 metres away, there are numerous (catering for all types of cuisine), restaurants, discos, bars and shopping centres. Further down there are two Water Parks, funfairs, cinemas, minigolf, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC. A day time bus service will take you to the commercial centre of Limassol where you will find even wider selection of shops and boutiques.
