A clubhouse and bar serve drinks and snacks during the day. Amenities include a communal swimming pool, golf pro-shop, tennis courts and kids play area. Screened-in private pool, pool deck with at least 2 sun-loungers. 7 night minimum stay required.

Homes have fully-equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, linens, towels, telephone, cable TV, and central air-conditioning. The master bedroom has double bed with adjoining bathroom, additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. The living area also has a double sleeper sofa. In a 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 persons.
