The hotel complex is opened on August 1st, 2006. Due to its significant length of 344 meters, the complex is divided into two parts. The architectural image of the complex built in the style of the old Bulgarian houses is formed by its wide terraces, narrow windows, protruding roofs, wooden gates, railings and staircases.

The complex comprises three buildings forming an inner area full of greenery. These buildings offer 240 apartments and 6 one-family houses.The apartments consist of 1 livingroom and 1 bedroom (for 2-4 persons) or 1 livingroom and 2 bedrooms (for 4-6 persons). Each apartment, no matter the capacity, has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, vapour hood, cooking stove, filter, dishes, glasses, covers, cups); the bedroom can have twin beds or a matrimonial bed; the livingroom is large and has a sofa, armchairs, an area where clients can have meals, tv with cable. Some of the apartments have supplementary amenities (DVD, microwave). All the apartments have air conditioning, terraces/balconies with sea view. Apartments amenities: clothes drier, iron and table iron, 1 table and chairs for the balcony/terrace, free chaiselong for the swimming pool, free car parking.|||

The guests have at their disposal a restaurant, a piano bar, a fitness hall, a 30-meter-long swimming pool for adults and a round pool for kids, massage and beauty parlors, a barber shop, restrooms, showers, locker rooms etc. |

The complex is located in the St. Vlas resort, on the waterfront, just 20 meters away from the sea, and comprises three buildings forming an inner area full of greenery.
